I did some tests, and it seems that Build Up and Fiery Embrace don't buff the damage of Pyronic Judgment or Reactive Interface. Would someone else please confirm?

Any suggestions on which Alpha to choose for a dark/regen scrapper? One possibly way to think about it is, if you were building/planning such a scrapper, what would you pick ( Read more... )
